Privacy Policy: how we handle your data
Last updated: June 28, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how ServiceInvoice (“we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our website and invoicing application (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to the practices described here.
Information we collect
- Account information. When you register we collect your name, email address, and the business details you choose to add, such as your business name, address, and currency.
- Business data you enter. Information you add to run your business (customers, jobs, line items, and invoices) is stored so the Service can work for you.
- Payment information. If you upgrade to a paid plan, payments are processed by our payment provider (Stripe). We do not store your full card details on our systems.
- Usage and device data. We collect basic analytics such as pages visited and general device information to understand how the Service is used and to improve it.
- Cookies. We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in and to measure usage.
How we use your information
- To provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
- To create and store the invoices and records you generate.
- To process payments and manage your subscription.
- To respond to your support requests and communicate with you about your account.
- To keep the Service secure and to detect and prevent abuse.
- To comply with our legal obligations.
How your data is stored
Your data is stored with our hosting and infrastructure providers (including Supabase) on secure servers. Your customers, jobs, and invoices are private to your account and accessible only after you sign in.
Sharing your information
We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with the service providers that help us run the Service, such as our hosting provider, our payment processor (Stripe), and our analytics provider, and only as needed for them to perform those services, or where required by law.
Data retention
We keep your information for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we will delete or anonymise your personal data within a reasonable period, except where we are required to retain it to comply with legal obligations.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at serviceinvoice.site@protonmail.com.
Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
The Service is intended for businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under the age of 16.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Significant changes may also be communicated to you directly.
