• Business data you enter. Information you add to run your business (customers, jobs, line items, and invoices) is stored so the Service can work for you.
• Payment information. If you upgrade to a paid plan, payments are processed by our payment provider (Stripe). We do not store your full card details on our systems.
• Usage and device data. We collect basic analytics such as pages visited and general device information to understand how the Service is used and to improve it.
• Cookies. We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in and to measure usage.

How we use your information

• To provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
• To create and store the invoices and records you generate.

Your data is stored with our hosting and infrastructure providers (including Supabase) on secure servers. Your customers, jobs, and invoices are private to your account and accessible only after you sign in.

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with the service providers that help us run the Service, such as our hosting provider, our payment processor (Stripe), and our analytics provider, and only as needed for them to perform those services, or where required by law.

Data retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we will delete or anonymise your personal data within a reasonable period, except where we are required to retain it to comply with legal obligations.

Your rights
