ServiceInvoice is invoicing and job-management software for handymen and small trade businesses. It started from a simple frustration: the people doing the work spend their evenings wrestling with spreadsheets, paper invoice books, and accounting apps built for someone else.
We are a small, independent team that builds and supports the product directly. There is no sales floor and no call centre. When you email us, you reach the people who actually make ServiceInvoice. That keeps us close to the tradespeople we build for, and it keeps the product honest: every feature has to help you get a job billed and paid, or it does not ship.

The free plan is genuinely useful, with no card required. The Pro plan adds branding and higher limits when your business outgrows it, and that is what keeps the lights on.
